I'm a good cook, especially for family, but now that the nest is empty and I'm by myself, I get stuck in a rut of cooking the same things. It's often hard to get inspired to cook for just myself without ending up with lots of leftovers. This really helps inspire for one.

I love that they have it cut down for just two people. I have a real hard time cooking small portions. When I find a recipe that I really like I can always double it.
