Which payment methods are accepted?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept C.O.D. orders for Shop Taste of Home merchandise. Internet and phone orders require a credit card. However, checks and money orders are acceptable with orders received through the mail at:

You can contact Shop Taste of Home's Customer Care by calling 1-800-880-3012.
Our Customer Care contact center is open Monday through Friday 7AM to 10PM and Saturday 8AM to 3:30PM Central Standard time.
When can I expect delivery?
Normally, you can expect delivery in about 10 working days from the time we receive your order. By phoning, faxing or ordering on-line, you'll save the time it takes your order to reach us by mail. For your convenience, we always try to send your entire order in one shipment. If any item(s) you order are out of stock, we may wait until these items are available to ship your orer.

A $10 fee will be added to orders shipped to Canada in addition to the regular shipping & processing charges.
Need your order in a hurry?
We can deliver your order within three business days through our Express Delivery service if you order by phone, fax or on-line. (Weekends and holidays are not considered regular business days.)
Express Delivery (guaranteed in 3 business days) within the Continental U.S. is $12.00 in addition to the to the standard shipping and processing charges. The charge for Alaska and Hawaii is $24.00.
Overnight delivery within the Continental U.S. is $24.99 in addition to the standard shipping and processing charges. Overnight delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Canada or Foreign destinations.

How can I check my on-line order status on the Website?
Click on the order status link on the top navigation bar. If you are a registered customer, simply log in, and your order information will display.
If you are not registered with us, all you need is your order number and the ship to zip code to get status of your order.
Do you have Canadian pricing?
Our Shop Taste of Home web site is only able to accept orders in US Funds. The same would hold true for any order processed by phone or mail.
When ordering by credit card, the credit card company automatically calculates the rate of exchange, and charges the Customer accordingly. When ordering by check or money order, the Customer, or whomever the money order is purchased through calculates the rate of exchange. Since the rate of exchange changes on a daily basis, we would be unable to give you an exact cost for the merchandise.
Do you ship to foreign addresses?
Shop Taste of Home does offer shipping of orders to destinations outside the continental United States. However, the shipping and handling on such orders is determined by the weight of the package rather than the standard charges for shipping inside the United States. The cost generated by the weight would be added to the regular shipping and handling charge.
Unfortunately, foreign orders are not accepted through our website. If you wish to mail in an order, please send it to the address listed below:

Is a certificate number required when placing an order on-line?
No. The certificate # box only needs to be filled in on your order when you are using a gift certificate as payment for your order. If you are not using a gift certificate and are only paying with a credit card, then the box would be left blank.
When can I expect my refund?
Checks: Once a check is processed the customer should receive the check in about 2-3 weeks. The check will come in the form of a folded postcard which says "This is your Refund" on one side and have Reiman Media Advertising on the other side.
Credit Cards: The customer should see the refund on their statement within 2-3 billing cycles.
How can I submit a request for an item to be sold in your catalog?
To submit an item for consideration:
- Send us a color photo of the item (we will accept the actual product, but we truly prefer just a photograph).
- Include a description of the item including some of the selling features.
- Clearly label the materials used to create this item.
- A list of wholesale prices.
- Complete name and address of the vendor.
