Pour egg batter and your favorite fillings into our nonstick omelet pan, close the lid and flip. In just a few minutes on the stovetop, this pan will cook up a light, fluffy omelet. If you prefer your eggs poached, simply insert the three egg poaching pan. 9-1/2"D. Dishwasher safe.

Cheesy Chive Omelet

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cheddar cheese

 

Directions:

In a small bowl, beat eggs and water. Stir in chives, alt and pepper. In an omelet pan, melt butter over medium heat; add egg mixture. Close lid of pan. Just before eggs are set, sprinkle cheese over omelet. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield: 2 servings
