If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-880-3012 for instructions.

You can also follow the directions on the back of the packing list (included in every order) to request an exchange or refund. You’ll find a handy form there to help you explain any problems you found with your order. Your packing slip should be enclosed to process your exchange or refund.
