All the recipes are easy to follow, and I have everything right in my cupboards. I love cooking for the grandkids, and using new recipes that they pick out. I am missing the years 2004 & 2005 regular cookbooks, other wise I have them all since you started, If you have them I would love to get them. That you and all your staff for great recipes. Karen

The recipes are good but it seems like i keep seeing similar names and ingredients then when i see a different and new recipe there's no photo of it. and if i hear a good description of a dish i'll want to make it, telling me everyone asks for it when you make it doesnt say how good it is.I could use an add bar for the describe yourself section.I am an aspiring cook and while i really do like the book it could be a lot better.

This book has gorgeous color photos, love the 3 ring binder and splash sheets, lots of emergency substitutions and conversion charts,etc for the 'new' cook. I bought this for my daughter who recently moved out on her own after I got it for a Christmas gift and discovered that my mother who is an amazing cook of 60+ years would love it also and had to get one for her too!

This is a must have for the beginner cook and the advanced. I bought the first binder Cookbook and was overjoyed when I found this book. Wanting to become a better baker this book explains it all. I've also used the bread machine recipes regularly. This is the only cookbook that actually explains the "how to" and "why" things are done. I love to cook and have for over 40 years, yet learned many things from this cookbook, friends have borrowed it and I have to ask for it back! You can't go wrong with Taste of Home!

I have been baking with Taste of Home Magazine for 16 years! I love this book because it incorporates all the great recipes that have appeared in the magazine issues, but all in one place!
No matter what recipe I choose, the results are always delicious. The easy to understand instructions make it possible to create each recipe without mistake. The basic techniques described at the beginning of each section have taught an experienced baker like me a few new tricks as well. I bought this at full price and it was worth it. Don't hesitate now that it's on sale especially! Makes a great gift!!
