I loved this book so much I bought one for each of my children. There are bundles of recipes that sound great. Have tried 5 or 6 so far, and they were good tasting. I like that I can whip up a soup after work and it is ready in time for supper. Like many cookbooks I get, I sit down with a stack of postie notes. When I read one I'd like to try a note is put on the page. When I need something to make I already have some suggestions. In this cookbook I used quite a few posties!!!

I love trying new foods and receipes. This book contains so many and varied receipes that I can fix something different for weeks without having the same thing twice. I entered one of the soup receipes in a soup cooking contest at work. I was asked for the receipe by co-workers and others who came and tried my soup.

I am trying to give my children more experiences in eating. Also, I need things I can do ahead so we can eat soon after getting home from work, school and day care. So far they have at least tried the dishes, although the 2 youngest say no more soup!

I absolutely love this book. I really do not need another soup book. I have tried to become a soup maker several times, with several different cookbooks and have not been successful...until now.
My husband and I are on a mission to try all of the recipes in this book. We have made five so far and all of them were great. He even loved the pea soup. (He is not a pea soup eater)I had to make him back away from the stove, he was going for thirds.

The white bean turkey chili was amazing. i was a little wary when i saw that it required a tablespoon of cocoa powder, but it turned out great! this success makes me want to continue and increase my cooking experiences.

The cookbook has every soup receipe and then some! When I saw it I knew I had to have it. Great way to combine leftovers with fresh items.
