This pan is the best thing to ever happen to meatloaf... you know how that favourite comfort food generally sits and soaks up its own grease like a sponge when it's cooked in a regular pan? Not anymore! I don't cook meatloaf any other way now. I have even purchased them as gifts.

My family loves meatloaf, but I hate it cooking in all that grease. With this pan the meatloaf does not sit in the grease as it bakes, it just drains out. I also use the inner pan for baking bread.

Meatloafs come out perfect everytime. Oil drains away so the meat is tender, but not greasy. The outer shell can also be used for baking bread loaves.
