I'm not much of a cooker but I went to the public library and checked out this book. Now I am going to buy the cookbook the picture are great there are pictures for every dish and very easy to understand. I love it and every dish so far is wonderful. Hope this helpes you make your choice to buy this cookbook.

Well laid out so I can go to the recipe that I want for the ingredients that I have available. Because it is in a three ring binder, the ability to lay flat and keep my place is very useful. Recipes use common ingredients that are easy to find.
